CHANCE is a digital job-matching platform that connects verified employers with jobseekers from different professional fields.

The platform provides secure, transparent, and efficient matching through verified profiles, AI-driven tools, and in-app communication.

CHANCE operates as a technology platform — not as a recruitment or placement agency.

CHANCE operates in full compliance with Mauritian labour law, including the Employment Agencies Act (1957, as amended) and the Workers’ Rights Act (2019).

CHANCE is not an employment or placement agency and does not conduct recruitment on behalf of employers.

The platform provides digital access to job-matching technology and charges both employers and jobseekers a subscription fee for the use of its online tools and services.

These subscription fees relate solely to platform access and technology services, not to employment placement or contracts.

CHANCE may feature licensed HR or immigration partners who offer optional services such as visa or relocation support.

Their services are independent and optional. Users may choose one of these partners, use their own licensed provider, or manage their process independently.

CHANCE does not act as an intermediary, control these services, or receive any commission.

By using CHANCE, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Avoid fraudulent or misleading activity.

CHANCE provides access to digital job-matching tools. It does not engage in recruitment or placement.

Employment relationships are established directly between employers and jobseekers, or through their chosen licensed intermediaries.

CHANCE charges subscription fees to both employers and jobseekers for the use of its digital services.

These payments do not constitute recruitment or placement fees and are made solely for access to the platform’s technology.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month and may be cancelled anytime in Account → Subscriptions.

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Platform unavailability exceeding 72 hours due to a system issue
• Erroneous renewal after timely cancellation

Refund requests must be emailed to billing@mychance.app within 30 days of the charge.

Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method within seven (7) business days.

CHANCE processes user data in compliance with Mauritian and international privacy standards.

We collect only the information needed to operate the platform:

• Account details and contact information
• Profile and job data
• Employer information
• Device and usage data
• Communication history

Your data is used to provide and improve services, verify accounts, ensure compliance, and manage billing and security.

We do not sell user data. Information is shared only with trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at privacy@mychance.app.

Requests are handled within seven (7) business days.

All transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as legally necessary.
